Quality Assurance Plan:

Torknet is dedicated to providing high quality services to the Navy. To that end, Torknet will follow a Quality Assurance Program to employ a variety of industry standard quality assurance practices to ensure and improve the quality of our services and deliverables.   Our Quality Assurance Program applies to all deliverables under this contract.  At contract start-up we define metrics to be tracked, benchmarks for quality and goals for performance.

Our Quality Assurance approach utilizes a continuous monitoring cycle to ensure that both Task Leads and the Government have adequate insight into quality.  This continuous monitoring will bring to light potential issues before problems are realized, ensuring a proactive management approach. This process is applied across our team, and enforced by our PM, ensures that QA in this Team continually evolves to meet the demands of the program. Communication through team collaboration, peer review, and formal and informal status meetings provide frequent opportunities to monitor progress. Milestones defined as part of the work breakdown structure provide incremental targets against which progress and quality can be measured. Scheduled and unscheduled reviews of work samples throughout the development process identify potential problems and enable remediation before milestones are impacted. Since team partners receive frequent feedback about their performance, they have an accurate view of what must be accomplished and what must be improved. As part of our integrated task execution schedules, products will undergo a rigid quality assurance review prior to delivery.

As a result, our team is aware that quality issues will impact their project timelines and thus impact their overall task performance.  Rigid adherence to quality is paramount to Torknet, and every product developed will adhere to high standards for quality.
